Well 7 bolts are known to do it. But Its so overrated and is the least of my worries. Theres never been able to prove why it happens, there is no known coz for it. Personally I wouldnt worry about it, and I dont with my 2g.

And make sure i get a 6 bolt motor instead of the 7 bolt because of the so called "crank walk" wit the 7 bolts, or something along those lines, right?

They are not near as problematic as ppl like to say. Just dont get one thats ate up with mileage and on its 5th tranny swap. Try and find one bone stock.

You my friend, are a clueless idiot. That "wanna be import" is mechanically identical to a Mitsubishi Eclipse of the same year and has the legendary 4g63 turbo motor under the hood. Its the same motor that has been in every Mitsubishi Evolution ever made and has been proven worldwide through Mitsubishi's WRC endeavors over the past 10 years. That "wanna be eagle talon" would hand your ass to you any day. So put that in your pipe and smoke it.
